Could you save one year?
The IYO programme is an advanced one-year course specifically designed for international students who show academic promise, are too qualified for a foundation course, but do not quite meet the entry requirements for their chosen university undergraduate degree.
The programme is comparable and equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree, it will provide the necessary academic knowledge, study skills and English language levels required to succeed at year 2 level of the relevant degree.
Successful completion of the IYO program offers the student direct entry to Year 2 of their chosen university degree.
IYO is a full-time, three-term programme lasting approximately 9 months with intakes in both September, January and a limited number in March. Being based on campus, the student will experience as a first year student; with full access to facilities and clubs and easily integrate with second year students.
